Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your goals — study, travel or both — and to tell you honestly how we can help.
Do you only work with UK-based clients?
No. We are UK-based, but our clients come from — and travel to — destinations around the world. Most of our work happens comfortably by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Which countries do you place students in?
We advise on destinations, programmes and institutions worldwide rather than holding a fixed list. Tell us your goals and budget, and we will shortlist the countries that genuinely fit them.
Can you book only part of a trip — for example, just hotels?
Yes. Some clients hand us the whole journey; others need a single piece, such as accommodation or transfers. We arrange exactly as much, or as little, as you need.
How far in advance should I contact you for event travel?
As early as you can — popular conferences fill nearby hotels quickly. That said, we have arranged event travel on short notice too; if the dates are close, contact us and we'll tell you straight away what's possible.
How do we communicate during the process?
However suits you best — phone, WhatsApp or email. You will always have one personal point of contact who knows your file and answers your questions directly.
